Shipping & returns
- Delivery times
- Moscow and the Moscow region – 1–2 days. Across Russia – delivery to Ozon pickup points; ETA and price depend on the region and are calculated at checkout.
- Returns & exchange
- Within 7 days of receipt (Art. 26.1 of the Consumer Protection Law) if the spool is unused and the packaging is intact. Cord cut to your custom length cannot be returned.
